Design Alive is proud to announce that our courses have received revalidation in SEPTEMBER 2022 for college credit recommendations as set forth by the National College Credit Recommendation Service, known as the NCCRS. For a full listing of the courses that have been recommended for credit, please refer to the NCCRS website
NCCRS credit recommendations are recognized by many colleges and universities. Institutions such as Excelsior University, Thomas Edison State University, Empire State University, Charter Oak State College among others have enabled students to transfer their credit recommendations toward a degree.
Please note that Design Alive is not a college and does not award degrees. We also do not offer any financial aid but offer very comfortable payment plans and our courses are very fairly priced.
Any students who have successfully completed a Design Alive course in the past 5 years and would like to receive credits are welcome to request past transcripts for their courses. Please be aware that there may be additional tests or projects needed to ‘complete’ the course for credit purposes
Any current students who wish to receive credits for their current courses should register (on the registration page) and they will be directed to complete any extra work or tests that may be required. They will then be directed to set up an account with Parchment – the company who will be issuing our formal transcripts. Transcripts will be sent directly from them to your college or yourself as required. Any past students who don’t have a student center account should contact miriam@designalive.com who will guide you further.
We advise any current student who would like to receive credits to register prior to or whilst doing the course rather than once completed the course, when the learning is relevant, instead of doing extra work and reviewing the topics once the course is completed.
If you are ready to register for credits then visit the help desk credits section
